THE SCENE: RISE RECORDS TO ANNOUNCE NEW SIGNING TUESDAY

Portland, Oregon record label, Rise Records, have reveal via Facebook that they will be announcing a brand new signing this Tuesday.

We are announcing a new band next Tuesday. Our first hint: the bands hometown is located west of the Mississippi River. We’ll give you more hints until we announce it. Any guesses?
