THE SCENE: FIT FOR A KING IN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT; DROP OFF TONIGHT’S SHOW

Christian metalcore outfit, Fit For A King, revealed via Facebook that they were involved in an automobile accident last night while traveling to Mesa, AZ. They are unable to play their scheduled show in Mesa tonight and the rest of the shows on the tour will depend on rental vehicles and trailers. None of the members were injured and none of their gear was damaged.

We have unfortunate news. We were rear ended by an 18-wheeler on our way to Mesa, AZ last night. Our trailer is more than likely totaled and our van has a few thousand dollars in damage. So we won’t be able to play in Mesa tonight and our others shows depend on factors with rental vehicles and trailers. No gear was damaged and no member suffered serious injury. We are so blessed to be alive and well. We will keep you updated.

THE SCENE: ASKING ALEXANDRIA IN BUS ACCIDENT

According to tweets from both guitarist Ben Bruce and drummer James Cassells, Asking Alexandria were in an accident this morning traveling from their show in Cleveland last night to their scheduled show in Chicago tonight.
